Eligibility

KAL Premium Arrival Shower Service is available for First and Prestige Class passengers who arrive at Incheon Airport to help with recovery from the fatigue of traveling.

Using the service

• The Grand Hyatt Incheon hotel offers free shuttle service to/from the hotel.
  • Located on the 1st floor gate 3C or 14C at the Incheon airport terminal.
  • Shuttle operates every 15 minutes from 5:15 AM. The Hyatt West Tower is the first stop.
  • Free parking is available for passengers who drive to the hotel.
• Valuables or baggage can be stored at the Concierge Desk – 1st floor of the Grand Hyatt.
• Present identification and boarding pass at the Club Olympus counter on the 2nd floor.

*Note  Use of other facilities of the hotel besides sauna will be charged.

What is KAL Premium Care Service?

A special service provided for First Class passengers using flights operated by Korean Air. It is a Full Care service in which an exclusive employee accompanies the passenger from the check-in counter at Incheon International Airport to the boarding gate.

Service eligibility

• Korean Air First Class passengers departing from Incheon International Airport on one of Korean Air’s international flights
• Korean Air First Class passengers transferring to connecting flights at Incheon International Airport
• This service is provided to passengers who have made previous arrangements after purchasing a flight ticket. Please make note that passengers who have upgraded their seats or used an award ticket are not eligible for this service..

Pure In-flight Meal Service – “From Farm to Flight”

We provide healthy and delicious food from fresh ingredients. From farm to fly, our rib eye steak, beef ribs and chicken dishes all come from Jedong pastures in the beautiful and pure region of Mt. Halla of Jeju Island. We also offer the famous Jedong Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup.

In addition, organically grown products used for in-flight meals, such as paprika and cherry tomatoes, are produced under strict supervision of the entire growth process.

Luxury Korean Meal Service

Top quality dishes cater to all tastes while still maintaining the taste and authenticity of traditional Korean meals, such as bibimbap, pumpkin nutritious rice, and Korean Style Dongchimi noodles.

Our formal Korean menu is served in courses that include an appetizer, a main course with side dishes and dessert. We provide a well-balanced meal that is second to none.

Premium Wine and Champagne Service

Special wines from the Bordeaux, Bourgogne and Alsace regions of France are served as part of the basic service. California, Italian, and German wines are also included depending on the destination of the flight.

Our wines are pre-ordered 3 – 4 years before the expected in-flight service, particularly special wines from Bordeaux.

Top quality champagne is also served, including Perrier-Jouet from France, with more than 200 years of tradition.
